Mark Levin

Mark Levin has established himself as one of the hottest properties in Talk radio and is among the most listened to and respected radio hosts in the country. WABC in New York serves as the flagship station for The Mark Levin Show, which is syndicated nationally by Cumulus Media Networks. Levin initially took over the 6 p.m. slot for WABC on September 2, 2003. Prior to that, he hosted a popular Sunday afternoon program for the station.

The new weeknight show skyrocketed to #1 in its time slot on the AM dial during its first 18 months on the air. Levin is also a leading author in the conservative political arena. His first book, Men in Black, was released February 7, 2005 and quickly climbed to #3 on the New York Times Best Seller list.

“Mark is smart, witty, and fast on the draw,” according to WABC General Manager Steve Borneman. “He has a sharp, sarcastic wit that can easily stun his opponents. I know I would not want to debate him.” Levin’s program provides a unique perspective on the day's top news events as well as exclusive content and commentary. His passion and intellect have made him a favorite of millions of radio listeners.

A frequent guest and substitute host on The Sean Hannity Show, Levin has also been an advisor to Rush Limbaugh, who frequently refers to him on the air as “F. Lee Levin.” He is perhaps more well-known for another nickname, “The Great One,” coined by his friend Sean Hannity. In 2009, a third hour was added to the broadcast to satisfy the request from many of his radio affiliates and fans for even more Levin content. His most recent book, Ameritopia, debuted at #1 across all four of the New York Times Best Seller non-fiction categories – a first for a conservative author. Liberty & Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto, was released in March 2009 and spent 14 weeks atop the New York Times Best Seller list and was the top seller for as well. Levin’s second book, Rescuing Sprite: A Dog Lover's Story of Joy and Anguish, was released in 2007 and was also an extremely successful best seller, reaching #3 on the New York Times list.
